Hello green liners,
We are preparing to write proposal to pnm
Solar energy proposal is required before insurance actions.
Reason is that both deal with some degrees of fraud.

- Climate change is a global issue that should be addressed at the federal level. Individual state laws create a patchwork of requirements that are both ineffective in addressing environmental concerns and unnecessarily costly to consumers. There are better ways states can continue environmental progress and address climate change without harming the economy, including increasing energy efficiency programs and funding for advanced clean coal technology that can achieve real and mea

Years ago I sailed half way 'round the world with a guy who called me " Human Bean." He was "Cockroach Man," for his was the job of ferreting the prehistoric bugs out of the yacht's many lockers and hidey holes. As happens to vessels that cruise warm waters in tropical climes -- and even moderate climate zones a platoon of the creatures invariably stows away
and eats/breeds/preys for the duratiion. How? ... they're all over and come aboard by any means at hand, hitching in groc…

Senator Inhofe also called for former Vice President Al Gore to be called back to the Senate to testify.
“In [Gore's] science fiction movie, every assertion has been rebutted,” Inhofe said. He believes Vice President Gore should defend himself and his movie before Congress.

Recent TV ads offer what appears to be a phone service for $20 a year, using a device I will call a "V-plug". A V-plug is one implementation of a technology/standard called Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP). Basically, a VoIP system converts normal telephone electrical signals into data that can be transmitted over the Internet. At the receiving end, the data is reconverted to rings, dial tones, busy-signals, or audio, as appropriate.
To use a V-plug, you have to have a conventional telephone…

My venerable colleague at The Albuquerque Journal, John Fleck, has a new book out, his first. "The Tree Rings' Tale - Understanding Our Changing Climate" explores dendroclimatology and what it tells us about water in the Southwest. It is written for middle schoolers, with plenty of photos, graphics and short, readable chapters. I suspect a lot of adults could learn a thing or two by reading it as well. Published as part of the Worlds of Wonder Science Series for Young Readers, the book starts wi…

article reviewing a national report by the Environmental Working Group that reviewed data from thousands of water systems across the country. The report noted many water systems met legal water quality standards but not more restrictive health guidelines for contaminants rang…
