More later today about Judge Jerald Valentine's decision yesterday in the Lower Rio Grande adjudication, after I've had a chance to read through the latest. All I know is Scott Boyd was practically shouting for joy. Perhaps he sees some light at the end of his families more than 100-year battle with the feds over their RG water rights.

I admit I haven't finished reading the decision. You know the courts though, it takes years to make anything happen. I'll try to finish it this week and talk to folks in the know for what Valentine's decision means.
